Moderators want this forum to be as lively as the members desire, and we are apt to be lenient to start. We enjoy lively conversation, too! Folks have opinions - and that is accepted. That said...
Here's the common sense rules we will use for this forum, in addition to the registration agreement.
1. Be respectful! If you are overly aggressive, use too much profanity, are vulgar, or are otherwise a bully type person and flaunt the rules of this forum you will be banned after two warnings. Three strikes and you are out.
2. No political chat in any of the normal boards, unless it relates specifically to the Arlington Fly-In.
3. Political chat is allowed in the "Anything" board, but rule #1 still applies.
4. If you state a matter of fact in your post, it must have attribution - either a link or a source or your own experience/documentation to back it up. Otherwise you must state it's your opinion.
5. If you upload a photo or graphic - you must be the owner of that photo or graphic. If you are not, you must provide proper attribution. If you don't know who took a photo, just say so. But understand that those photos and graphics may be taken down if the owner asks us to.
6. We're here to CELEBRATE the Arlington Fly-in and Arlington SkyFest and keep-up with happenings as a group. While small gripes about the event in the flow of conversation are totally fine, posting negative messages on their own about the organization or event will be deeply frowned upon, and may lead moderators to invoke rule #1.
7. Moderators and Administrators here are Gods. Their decisions are final.
